Remarks – WRC Factory driver Andrea Pirani is running the near production version of the GTX 1/8th scale chassis. Expected to be released in 2 weeks time, the gearbox the only remaining parts to be finalised, WRC are currently looking for team drivers for the new car. Having raced here in Fiorano a few weeks ago at the Novarossi trophy he says the track has much lower traction this weekend due to the many 1/5th scale cars running here recently. With the traction continuing to improve, Andrea has worked on increasing steering by going for a harder rear ARB as well as springs and oil, while up front he has opted for softer springs.
