Remarks – Portuguese star Bruno Coelho is here in Ettlingen running the latest version of the Slovakian made car. Charged with the development of the RX8 he managed to put this almost kit standard car into 3rd in the 2nd round of qualifying only equipped with titanium screws, optional Hudy servo horns and graphite gears.

Remarks – Top British driver Kyle Branson is running a mostly standard version of the Italian Capricorn touring car. Testing some prototype kevlar gear diff cases, the harder material being better resistant to heat and stays cleaner due to the dirt not adhering as easily as with other materials, the car is also fitted with lightweight titanium screws.

Remarks – Dutch Infinity factory driver Jilles Groskamp is running an updated version of the Japanese made car that features a number of new prototype parts. The front body support is now machined out of carbon instead of being plastic, and together with the 3D printed bumper stiffener is meant to help use all of the body’s downforce. The chassis is also new, with a thickness of 5mm, a wider front machined cut out as well as different engine cut outs that provide a different flex.

Remarks – Points leader after his victory at the opening round in Bologna, Dirk Wischnewski is using a pretty standard version of the German car. Powered by an Orcan engine with a Hipex pipe and fitted with the new Brilliant RC TCX bodyshell, his car sports a few options such as titanium screws, a one piece engine mount and a brass battery plate.

Remarks – Winner here in Ettlingen in 2015, reigning ENS Champion Dario Balestri is running the RS version of the Capricorn Lab C-02 with an updated gearbox. Featuring a 6mm axle instead of the usual 8mm, the gearbox takes its drive flange and 2-speed shoe from the 10th scale car while the second gear flange is newly designed. As a result, the whole assembly is about 20g lighter than the standard version.
